It is not a feeling of guilt or anger.

It's a feeling of fear of creating the wrong future.

Because at this point in your life, you don't want to repeat the same mistakes.

Like choosing one partner over another for a regrettable relationship or compromising your true path by taking a job rather than living in your purpose but in either case, it took too much from your life.

And you doubled down on your choices.

Because you are a committed person.

It is who you are.

But do you think that commitment to the wrong choice served you when it was all said and done?

Because being committed to the wrong thing will keep you constantly circling the "regret loop" of what if.

It wasn't until I found a way to slow down that feeling of being on that regret loop that I realized my personal truth.

Because when giving yourself an opportunity to exit off the wrong path you get to move toward your purpose.

You get to choose your future.

Most people are either unaware of their options or they passively choose ignorance.

Why?

If however you always had that inch in your soul
That whisper in the subconscious
That need for change
Explore it.

If you want to escape from false certainty, meditation is probably the easiest way to do so.

Recently I started to use sounds that enhance my focus and allow me to go deeper into my mind

I made this new playlist of these sounds that I use daily when I meditate, check them out below,

Either way, You will be on your way to an ideal life if you choose to use aided meditation of just taking 5 minutes quite a time throughout the day.

Because if you can label what no longer serves you in your life, then it's up to you to let go or allow it to control you.

For me, meditation is a path to freedom.

And if you are looking for your path, then give it try.
